Ms Gould was an Imperial College medical student and re-joined St Mary's Hospital (now part of Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust - ICHT ) in 2002 as a Consultant to lead and develop the Emergency Gynaecology service.

As part of her training she was as a Clinical Research Fellow at The Early pregnancy

Gynaecology Ultrasound and Minimal Access Surgery unit at St. George's Hospital

London.

This role allowed extensive experience in Gynaecological ultrasound scanning which supports her practice.

She is BSCCP accredited Colposcopist.

She is a trainer for the ATSM in Acute gynaecology for senior trainees and has trained several nurses to independent competence level in acute gynaecology.

About Miss

Ms Gould is a Consultant Gynaecologist with more than 20 years' experience in the field.Since 2011 she has been the Clinical Director for Gynaecology & Reproductive Medicine at ICHT and over the last 9 years she has worked to develop the largest gynaecology and reproductive Medicine service in London, recruiting over 15 consultants leading development in their areas of expertise.ICHT is the only London Hospital to offer all NHSE specialists commissioned specialist Gynaecology services. The Early pregnancy service is part of the Tommie's National miscarriage service partnered with Birmingham and Warwick University Hospitals.Despite her major role in management she continues as full time NHS consultants delivering Consultant led emergency gynaecology, colposcopy, general gynaecology and gynaecological surgery. She offers a one stop approach during the assessment for most gynaecological problems including menstrual disorders, pelvic pain, ovarian cysts and abnormal cervical smears.
