We rank HFEA-licensed UK clinics using age-adjusted live-birth data published by the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority. Each clinic is bucketed into one of four tiers based on its delta versus the national average:
Volume tiers (high / medium / low) come from the clinic's cycle count over the most recent HFEA reporting window. The full set of derivation rules lives in the project'sredesign/data/derive.tsmodule.
fertilityPATH does not accept payment, sponsorship, or commission from clinics. Rankings are not for sale. Our commercial model is independent of the clinics we list — no clinic can pay to appear higher in our results, and no clinic can pay to suppress information about themselves. If a ranking changes, it's because the underlying HFEA data changed.
All performance data is drawn from the HFEA's public clinic register and the regulator's annual outcome publications. Where individual clinics have age-banded live-birth statistics in the register, we surface them directly. Clinics without ingested outcome data are flagged on their detail page with a link to the official HFEA register entry instead.
