She studied at Dhaka Medical School and Middlesex/University College Hospital Medical School. Miss Hussain completed her postgraduate training in Nottingham and London and was awarded a PhD in 1993 from London University.Miss Hussain now concentrates solely on gynaecology problems, with a special interest in urogynecology and pelvic floor disorders. These urogynaecology disorders include vaginal prolapse, incontinence. She has extensive experience in laparoscopic (keyhole and minimal access surgery for problems including fibroids, ovarian cysts, ectopic pregnancy and endometriosis). She deals with heavy periods, painful periods, vaginal discharge, irregular periods and menopause. She also performs general gynaecological checkup and smears.She is a Menopause Specialist.Miss Hussain has a very personable and pragmatic approach to patient care.
