Mr. Alasdair Gordon was appointed as a Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Ealing Hospital in the year 2000. In 2014, he moved to Wexham Park while continuing to specialise in Gynaecological Oncology, Obstetrics, Gynaecology and Urogynaecology.Mr. Gordon undertook his degree in Medicine at the Royal Free Hospital School of Medicine in 1987. Subsequently, he gained experience through a range of training posts across various teaching hospitals. He achieved a place on the training programme in General Surgery and was awarded an FRCSEd. He also successfully completed a specialist Registrar rotation between University College London Hospital and The Whittington Hospital and obtained his membership to the royal college of obstetricians and gynaecologists.In addition to his qualifications, Mr. Gordon is fully registered as a Colposcopist and is proficient in performing surgery on uterine fibroids. He also treats ectopic pregnancies using laparoscopic surgery and heavy periods using Thermachoice ablation. Mr. Gordon's additional interests include endometriosis, stress incontinence and uterovaginal prolapse.
