Miss Joanna Cook is a highly experienced Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at Ipswich Hospital, where she leads acute gynaecology, early pregnancy care, and gynaecology governance. With over 20 years of experience, she is dedicated to providing individualised, evidence-based care for a range of conditions, including menstrual disturbances, pelvic pain, menopause symptoms, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), and recurrent and late pregnancy loss. Miss Cook qualified from St. George’s Hospital Medical School in 2003 and holds a degree from University College London. She furthered her training at leading hospitals in London and earned a PhD from Imperial College London for her groundbreaking research on epigenetic changes in pregnancy. Her research contributions include numerous published papers in esteemed journals. As a Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and the British Menopause Society, Miss Cook is committed to advancing women's health.
