About Ms

Miss Naomi Crouch is a Consultant Gynaecologist based at Nuffield Health Bristol and The Spire Hospital Bristol. She has worked in the field for 9 years and holds membership of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. Her specialist areas are: period problems - heavy or painful periods child (paediatric) and adolescent gynaecology pelvic pain, vulval conditions, hysteroscopy procedures, laparoscopic surgery, coil fittings Miss Crouch sees patients of all ages and is also trained to treat children and adolescents with gynaecological issues. She can perform ultrasound scans when required as well as colposcopy. Furthermore, she is a member of the BSCCP and is able to treat patients with abnormal smears, double vagina or uterus, absent periods, or genetic conditions. She gained her medical qualification (MB BS) in 1997 from the University of London and has also undertaken research on the outcomes of childhood gynaecology surgery, for which she earned her MD from the University of London. Miss Crouch is the immediate past Chair of the British Society for Paediatric and Adolescent Gynaecology. She is also a clinical tutor for medical students at the University of Bristol. She has published research widely in the area of Paediatric and Adolescent Gynaecology, and has featured in the media regarding this. She has been an interviewed guest on Radio 4 Women's Hour on 3 occasions. She is a spokesperson for the Royal College of O&G on issues related to this. Outside of the hospital, she has two teenage daughters, and enjoys running, relaxing, as well as skiing with her family.
