Sathiya completed his undergraduate studies in medicine in 1999 and moved to the UK in 2003, where he completed his speciality training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Guy's and St Thomas' and Kings College Hospital NHS Trusts in London. In March 2013, he was appointed as a Consultant Gynaecologist and Obstetrician. Sathiya holds a specialist interest in gynaecological cancers and pre-cancers, colposcopy and cervical screening, vulval abnormalities and minimal access surgery but also deals with the full range of general gynaecological problems.
