Miss Prabha Sivaraman is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist based at North Manchester General Hospital. She holds fellowships from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG), Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health, and the British Society of Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology.With extensive experience in managing a range of gynaecological disorders, Miss Sivaraman has developed diagnostic and surgical expertise in addressing common and complex issues in gynaecology. She has developed her knowledge and skills through training in renowned medical institutions worldwide and has spent over two decades practising in the United Kingdom. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for women.Miss Sivaraman's role as a Senior Consultant at North Manchester General Hospital encompasses clinical, teaching, and managerial responsibilities. She operates a specialised clinic for hypertensive disorders in pregnancy and conducts various gynaecological procedures, including endometrial ablation and hysteroscopy, both under local anaesthetic and as day-case procedures under general anaesthetic, in both her NHS and private practices.Her surgical expertise extends to major procedures such as hysterectomy, prolapse repair, and the removal of fibroids and ovarian cysts, with a track record of excellent results.
