Doctor Shailaja Nair has over 20 years of experience in assisted reproduction and fertility. She completed her initial studies at University in Bombay and worked as Associate Professor in a large teaching hospital and at the Cromwell IVF programme before joining the LWC in 1993 where she is now Deputy Medical Director and Clinical Director of the London Egg Bank. She has led the introduction of many element of modern practice into the LWC.
