About Ms

Mrs Deepali Sinha is a Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology specialising in Uro-Gynaecology and laparoscopic gynaecological surgery. Practising in the London area, she currently works as an NHS Consultant at Newham General Hospital, Whipps Cross University Hospital and The Royal London Hospital. Mrs Sinha also provides a private practice to this area. Mrs Sinha originally earned her MBBS in 1991 from Ranchi University, India. She registered to practice in the United Kingdom in 2001 and began post-graduate training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in the West Midlands Deanery. Mrs Sinha completed this training in 2006 and then undertook a further period of training in the form of a Clinical Fellowship in Urogynaecology at Worcestershire Acute NHS Trust for a period of 12 months. She was then appointed as a consultant at Alexandra Hospital, Redditch in January 2008 where she was responsible for setting up Urogynaecology services and developing the Laparoscopic service there. Mrs Sinha was one of a handful of specialists in the West Midlands at the time undertaking complicated laparoscopic procedures in Gynaecology and went on to mentor consultant colleagues on such cases. In addition to her clinical practice, Mrs Sinha has produced pieces of research published in the British Journal of Obstetrics & Gynaecology, the International Urogynaecology Journal, the Urogynecology Journal and The Obstetrician & Gynaecologist. Mrs Sinha also offers training courses to GPs on various subjects of Gynaecological care.
