About Mr

Mr Sayasneh, Consultant Gynaecologist and Gynaecological Oncology Surgeon, works at Guy's and St. Thomas's Hospital NHS trust. He specialises in gynaecological surgery, ultrasonography, and the diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cancer.He completed his postgraduate specialisation training at Hammersmith Hospital in Gynaecological Oncological surgery. He also obtained his research degree MD(res) in gynaecological ultrasonography at Imperial College London. Later, he went on to obtain his Higher Speciality Training qualification in vulval disease and vaginal surgery from Cambridge University Hospitals. Additionally, he has been a member and speaker in the International Ovarian Tumour Analysis Group (IOTA) and the International Society of Ultrasound on Obstetrics and Gynaecology (ISUOG).He has a keen interest in research, with a significant publication history. He is currently heading up several Gynae-Oncology studied at Guy's and St. Thomas's NHS Trust. He has recently been elected as a Faculty Member of the British Society for Gynaecological Endoscopy (BSGE) in which he actively teaches courses focusing on minimally invasive and advanced open gynaecological surgery. He holds the position of Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer at Imperial College London in the department of Surgery and Cancer. Furthermore, he also holds the same position at King's College London teaching undergraduates obstetrics and gynaecology.
