About Dr

Dr Moses Batwala is the Medical Director at Fiona Fertility. He is a Consultant Gynaecologist with a Specialist interest in Infertility, In-Vitro Fertilisation (IVF), women with reduced ovarian reserve, recurrent miscarriage, Pre-implantation Genetic Testing (PGT) and Early Pregnancy. Dr Batwala completed his undergraduate training with a Bachelor in Medicine and Surgery (MBChB) from University of Leeds Medical School in 2001 with Honours in Biochemistry. He specialised in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in Sheffield and became a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist in 2013. Dr Batwala then undertook a Masters of Science by Research (MSc RES)in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Oxford University focusing on Health Economics and Quality of Life of patients undergoing fertility treatment. He is also a recognised trainer with the British Fertility Society (BFS). Dr Batwala has a particular interest in Mild stimulation IVF, The "Short" Antagonist IVF protocol, looking after women with low-ovarian reserve, endometriosis, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) and patients requiring Preimplantation-Genetic Testing (PGT). He has a holistic, caring approach and provides personalised care for all of his patients. Dr. Batwala has expertise in the following areas: In-Vitro Fertilsation- IVF. Pre-Genetic Testing (PGT).
