Mr Brett Winter-Roach is a gynaecologist, colposcopist and gynaecological oncologist. He has extensive experience in the full range of gynaecological oncology-related concerns and specialises in endometrial, ovarian, cervical, and vulval cancer therapy. He also has interests in ovarian cysts (including dermoid cysts), endometriomas, other benign cysts, borderline ovarian tumours, and ovarian cancer.Other areas of expertise include:Colposcopy - to diagnose and treat cervical abnormalities and abnormal cervical smears.Menstrual issues - such as heavy or painful periods, irregular or missing periodsDiagnosis and treatment of endometriosisDiagnostic laparoscopy, laparoscopic ovarian surgery, and laparoscopic hysterectomyMr Winter-Roach's NHS base is at the Christie NHS Trust, and he is a member of the Manchester Gynaecological Oncology Multi-Disciplinary Team. He is also a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburgh).
