About Mr.Yemi Coker Mr. Yemi Coker is a nationally recognised expert in gynaecology and uro-gynaecology, with Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG) accreditation in Level 3 laparoscopic surgery and British and Irish Association of Robotic Gynaecological Surgeons (BIRAGS) accreditation in robotic surgery. He is the Lead Consultant Gynaecologist at the Queens Hospital National ( British Society of Gynaecological Endoscopy) BSGE-accredited and NHS Specialist Commissioned Endometriosis Centre, which provides a comprehensive range of advanced laparoscopic and robotic treatments for endometriosis in a multidisciplinary setting. Mr. Coker is also a BSUG (British Society of Uro-Gynaecology )-accredited uro-gynaecologist at the Queens Urogynaecology Centre, a nationally accredited and NHS specialist commissioned service. His expertise includes both robotic and laparoscopic continence and prolapse surgeries such as: Robotic/laparoscopic colposuspension Robotic/laparoscopic sacrocolpopexy Bulkamid bladder neck surgery Bladder Botox injections In addition, he holds an Honorary Consultant post at Barts Health NHS Foundation Trust, where he trains consultant colleagues in complex laparoscopic procedures, including laparoscopic colposuspension and laparoscopic sacrocolpopexy. Mr. Coker’s career began as a junior doctor at Guy’s Hospital, London, followed by registrar training on the Oxford rotation. He completed his specialist gynaecology training at St Mary’s Hospital, Paddington, where he gained formal accreditation in laparoscopic gynaecological surgery, later extending this to robotic surgery. Alongside his medical career, Mr. Coker also studied law at Middlesex University. Outside of medicine, he is a keen tennis and golf player.
