She has led the Maternity Risk Management Team at Chelsea & Westminster Hospital for over 10 years and was later appointed as the Clinical Lead for Patient Safety for the entire Trust. She continues to work closely with the medicolegal team, ensuring that safety remains at the forefront of her practice, both in clinical care and governance. As Service Director for the Kensington Wing, Dr. Deans collaborates with the midwifery and management teams to maintain the highest standards of governance and safety in private care, extending the same principles of excellence to all her patients. Dr. Deans graduated from St Mary’s Hospital in 1996 and completed her specialist training in Northwest London.
