Mr Angus McIndoe is one of the leading specialists in gynaecological oncology - he treats patients with cancers that occur in the female reproductive organs. These types of cancers may include; cervical, endometrial, ovarian, vulval, fallopian tube, and uterine cancers that Mr McIndoe has a wide experience of diagnosing, treating, and supporting patients through their care.He qualified in 1980 before moving from New Zealand to the UK to take up a position at the Wellington Hospital in London, and gained a prestigious research fellowship PhD and surgical training with the Imperial cancer research fund under Professor Peter Beverley. Since then Mr McIndoe has his own treatment centre The McIndoe Centre for oncology and also practices privately with the renowned Nuada Gynaecology group located around Harley Street to give the best possible cancer treatment to his patients.His extensive experience in the field from many institutions like The Wellington Hospital, The London Clinic, The Portland Hospital, The Lindo Wing of St Mary's, and The Sainsbury wing at The Hammersmith demonstrates his dedication to his area in improving health outcomes for these types of gynaecological cancers.He is a tremendously professional and compassionate doctor, spending time with his patients in the clinic to ensure that procedures are explained and all questions are answered.
