Dr Claudine Domoney is a Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, with a special interest in urogynaecology and pelvic floor function, covering physical, hormonal and sexual aspects, including postpartum issues. Other areas of interest include pre-menstrual syndroome, menopause and psycho-sexual medicine. She is an accredited colposcopy practitioner and has her NHS base at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, where she is its Gynaecology Lead and also Lead Consultant for the Community Gynaecology and Perineal Services. Dr Domoney also practices privately at a number of locations. She holds membership of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, the Diploma Faculty of Family Planning and Reproductive Medicine, the International Urogynaecology Association, the International and British Menopause Societies and the Institute of Psychosexual Medicine - of which she is the current Chair. She is also a regular speaker at the RCOG as well as international and national events and is published in a range of medical journals.
