Mr Vui Vun Wong is a Consultant Gynaecologist with a special interest in Urogynaecology and Colposcopy, based at Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals NHS Trust. He provides a comprehensive, multidisciplinary service for the investigation and management of female pelvic floor and bladder conditions, as well as a broad range of gynaecological disorders.Mr Wong qualified in medicine from University College Dublin and completed the majority of his postgraduate training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology across several tertiary hospitals in Ireland. He went on to undertake fellowship and advanced subspecialty training in Urogynaecology at Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals NHS Trust, gaining extensive expertise in the surgical and non-surgical management of complex pelvic floor disorders.He is an accredited Colposcopist and holds certifications in urodynamics and early pregnancy ultrasound scanning. His clinical expertise includes pelvic floor reconstructive surgery, laparoscopic surgery (including tubal and ovarian procedures), urinary incontinence surgery, hysterectomy, and operative and diagnostic hysteroscopy.Mr Wong’s additional areas of interest include menstrual disorders, endometriosis, fibroids, urinary incontinence, prolapse, ovarian cysts, menopause, and the management of abnormal cervical smears and vaginal bleeding.
