Miss Neelam Potdar is a highly experienced Consultant Gynaecologist and Sub-specialist in Reproductive Medicine and Surgery at University Hospitals of Leicester, as well as an Honorary Associate Professor at the University of Leicester. With over two decades of experience in managing a broad spectrum of gynaecological and fertility concerns, Miss Potdar is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care tailored to each individual’s needs.Miss Potdar’s expertise lies in minimal access (keyhole) surgery for the treatment of heavy periods, ovarian cysts, endometriosis, pelvic pain, and subfertility investigations. She performs a range of advanced procedures including MyoSure to remove polyps and fibroids, laparoscopic hysterectomy, excision of endometriosis, removal of ovarian cysts, and fallopian tube function tests. Additionally, she offers hysteroscopic procedures such as biopsies and NovaSure ablation to treat uterine conditions.In the field of reproductive medicine, Miss Potdar is passionate about supporting couples facing fertility challenges and offers comprehensive fertility assessments, consultations, and treatment options.
