I have a large urogynaecology and general gynaecology practice with over 800new referrals each year and 500 urodynamic investigations. Iperform 150-200 prolapse procedures and 150-200 operations for stressincontinence annually, amongst other general gynaecology. I havean ongoing audit including 2600 TVT procedures. I have introduced new services forurogynaecology including intravesical botox and posterior tibial nervestimulation (PTNS) for refractory overactive bladder. I oversee the bladderinstillation service. I perform non mesh procedures for stress incontinence including periurethral injections, colposuspensions and autologouus fascial slings. I do not use mesh for vaginal prolapse surgery.
