Obstetrician & Gynaecologist
Miss Avni Batish is an experienced obstetrician and gynaecologist based at London gynaecology. She gained her MBBS in 2001 from the University of Kerala and has gained qualifications in urogynaecology, vaginal surgery, advanced labour, colposcopy, and benign gynaecological surgery such as hysteroscopy. She attained CCT in 2016 and also holds the qualifications of MRCOG and DFFP. Additionally, she undertook the Advanced Labour Ward Practice ATSM, the Urogynaecology and Vaginal Surgery ATSM, the Colposcopy ATSM. She is BSSCP accredited. Her previous roles included consultant at Southend University Hospital, Croydon University Hospital, and Homerton University Hospital. Miss Batish continually updates her knowledge and maintains professional development. Additionally, she is involved in research and has a number of publications to her name; her topics include the management of CIN2, gestational lyme disease, and the risk management of obese women undergoing major gynaecological surgery.
