About Miss

Miss Bini Ajay is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at Croydon University Hospital, where she has served since 2011. She currently leads several key services, including obstetric risk management, diabetes care in pregnancy, and outpatient hysteroscopy. Deeply committed to providing high-quality, patient-centred care, Miss Ajay is passionate about improving health outcomes for women in Croydon. Her dedication extends beyond clinical work to education and advocacy. She plays an active role in teaching General Practitioners and community health practitioners, and holds an honorary Senior Lectureship at St George’s Medical School. In addition, she serves as a Women’s Health Adviser to the Royal College of General Practitioners, representing the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. Miss Ajay is also involved in advancing research in women’s health, acting as a Principal Investigator in several multicentre randomised controlled trials.   She was awarded Croydon star in 2024 for respect and inclusivity category. She also has received three clinical excellence award (CEA)points.
