Mr Richard Clayton is a Consultant Gynaecologist at St Mary's Hospital in Manchester and Christie Hospital. He has sub-speciality in gynaecological oncology received from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists.Mr Clayton graduated from Leeds University and initially trained in laparoscopic surgery after which he undertook subspecialty training in Perth, Australia, and London (Barts and Marsden Gyn Onc subspecialty training). Mr Clayton works both as a gynaecological oncologist and general gynaecologist. He treats patients with abnormal smears, vulval problems, menstrual problems, post-menopausal bleeding, ovarian cysts, endometriosis, ovarian, endometrial, cervical and vulval cancer.
