Dr. Tahira Naeem is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at Calderdale and Huddersfield Trust. She has a special interest in the management of recurrent miscarriages, menopause, and medical education.Dr. Naeem graduated from Fatimah Jinnah Medical College, Pakistan in 1986 before moving to the UK to formally complete her obstetrics and gynecology training in the Yorkshire Deanery. During her training, Dr. Naeem undertook a clinical research fellowship at the IVF units of Leeds Teaching Hospitals under the supervision of Professor Adam Balen (Former Chair of The British Fertility Society) and Mr. Anthony Rutherford. On completion of her training in 2003, Dr. Naeem was appointed a Consultant at Calderdale and Huddersfield Trust as well as a College Tutor for the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG).In 2007, Dr. Naeem moved with her family to the UAE, taking up the role of Consultant at Tawam Hospital Al Ain, one of the largest teaching hospitals in the UAE, dealing with high-risk obstetrics and complex gynecology.
