About Dr

Mr Gidon Lieberman is a Consultant Gynaecologist based in London, UK. After completing his undergraduate studies at St Andrews University and Manchester Medical School he relocated to London and was placed as a registrar in North East London. His sub-specialist training in reproductive medicine and surgery took place at Barts and The London which gave him a dual accreditation in both general obstetrics and gynaecology as well as a fertility specialist. During this time he was heavily involved in the ultrasound assessments of the pelvis which lead him to develop an interest in fertility.His post-graduate MD thesis was focused on the investigation and development of new techniques in diagnosing ovarian cancer.Mr Lieberman is currently a fertility and gynaecology Consultant at The Whittington Hospital NHS Trust, where he is the clinical lead and HFEA person responsible for fertility services, as well as being an Honorary Senior Lecturer at University College London. He has a specialist interest in sub-fertility, gynaecological ultrasound and minimally invasive surgery. He is highly skilled and fully accredited by the Royal College of Obstetricians in laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery, gynaecological ultrasound and management of the menopause.
