Miss Lynne Robinson graduated from Edinburgh University Medical School in 1996 and earned an MD in Reproductive Medicine in 2003. She obtained her MRCOG in 2005 and completed subspecialty training in Reproductive Medicine in Birmingham by 2012. Lynne became a consultant in 2013 and was awarded Fellowship of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRCOG) in 2019.
She holds an Advanced Certificate in Menopause Care and is a certified British Menopause Society trainer. Lynne is an honorary clinical lecturer at the University of Birmingham and is an active member of the British Fertility Society

About Miss

Miss Lynne Robinson is a Consultant Gynaecologist based at Birmingham Women’s Hospital (BWH) with a private practice at The Priory Hospital Edgbaston. She graduated from Edinburgh University Medical School in 1996, earned an MD in Reproductive Medicine in 2003 and became a Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in 2019.Lynne leads the Birmingham Women’s Fertility Centre, one of the largest fertility units in the West Midlands, which includes the UK’s second largest Pre-Implantation Genetic Diagnosis clinic. She is a fertility expert specialising in subfertility assessment, IVF/ICSI, donor gamete treatments, and male fertility procedures including surgical sperm retrieval. Lynne also heads the Menopause and Reproductive Endocrine services at BWH, managing complex menopausal conditions and offering implant therapies. She holds an Advanced Certificate in Menopause Care and is an active member of the British Menopause Society’s Medical Advisory Council.An honorary clinical lecturer at the University of Birmingham, Lynne contributes to research, teaching, and service development. She is involved with multiple professional societies including the British Fertility Society and ESHRE. Outside work, she enjoys cycling and reading for her book club.
