About Mr

Mr. Wenzhuang Chin is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist based at Wexham Park Hospital, under Frimley Health NHS Trust. He qualified from King's College London in 2009 and completed his postgraduate specialist training in the North West London region. During his training, he gained expertise in Benign Abdominal Surgery (both open and laparoscopic), Advanced Labour Ward Practice, and Outpatient Hysteroscopy through his ATSM modules. He worked as a locum consultant from 2021 before being appointed as a substantive NHS consultant in 2023. He is currently based at Wexham Park Hospital within Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust, where he also serves as the Labour Ward Lead. Mr Chin’s specialist interests lie in benign gynaecology, and he manages a broad range of gynaecological conditions including pelvic pain, heavy or irregular periods, menopause, and contraception. He also provides early pregnancy scans and manages emergency gynaecology cases as part of his NHS role. In addition to his clinical work, Mr Chin supports trainees in the Thames Valley Deanery as an educational supervisor. He obtained his Diploma for the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health in 2014 and completed an MBA at Brunel University London in 2020. Outside of his professional commitments, Mr. Chin enjoys spending time with his family and occasionally plays social tennis.
