Dr. Muna Noori is a Consultant Obstetrician and Sub-Specialist in Maternal and Fetal Medicine, holding a key role at Queen Charlotte's and Chelsea Hospital within the Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, located in London. Dr. Noori completed her primary medical degree at Imperial College School of Medicine in London, where she graduated in 1998. Subsequently, she pursued specialised training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in London and the North West Thames region. During her training, she engaged in postgraduate research efforts that culminated in the award of her PhD from Imperial College, London. Her research specifically delved into the mechanisms underlying the development of pre-eclampsia and high blood pressure in pregnancy. Driven by her passion for maternal medicine, she maintains a deep interest in research within this field. As a dedicated professional, Dr. Noori places a strong emphasis on providing exceptional obstetric care and ensuring a positive patient experience. She prioritises patient choice and actively encourages expecting couples to participate in the planning of their birth experience. Dr. Noori's extensive experience in maternal medicine and the management of high-risk pregnancies equips her with the skills necessary to promote normal and healthy pregnancies and childbirth. Her expertise also extends to pre-pregnancy counselling and the care of women who have previously experienced traumatic childbirth. In her care, pregnancy management is individualised, taking into account each woman's unique circumstances. Dr. Noori also supports women who choose to pursue vaginal birth after a Caesarean section, offering a comprehensive and personalised approach to maternal health and childbirth.
