Mr Benedetto Mondelli is a Consultant Gynaecologist specialising in endometriosis and minimally invasive gynaecological surgery. He is an NHS Consultant at the Royal Surrey County Hospital in Guildford, where his practice focuses on advanced laparoscopic surgery for severe endometriosis and other benign gynaecological conditions. He also offers private consultations at HCA The Lister Hospital in Chelsea and at Guildford Nuffield Hospital.Mr Mondelli performs a high volume of complex endometriosis procedures each year, including surgery for deep infiltrating disease. His training includes a fellowship in advanced endometriosis surgery at the Centre for Endometriosis and Minimally Invasive Gynaecology (CEMIG) in London. He also completed accredited training in advanced laparoscopic surgery for the excision of benign disease at CEMIG, Ashford and St Peter’s NHS Foundation Trust, one of the UK’s leading centres for endometriosis surgery.His clinical expertise lies in minimally invasive surgery, with a particular interest in managing pelvic pain, heavy or irregular periods, and abnormal uterine bleeding.
