About Dr.

Dr Linda Farahani is a highly qualified and experienced Obstetrician and Gynaecologist. She is a Consultant in Reproductive Medicine who has gained experience in both the NHS and private sector. Dr Farahani worked for three years in the IVF unit at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, where she managed subfertility, assisted conception, and reproductive health. She also has extensive experience in the management of recurrent pregnancy loss, polycystic ovarian syndrome and premature ovarian insufficiency. Dr Farahani is dedicated to helping her patients with a compassionate and empathetic approach. In 2004, Dr Farahani obtained her primary medical degree from the Imperial College School of Medicine. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Medical Sciences and a postgraduate certificate in Healthcare Leadership; currently, Dr Farahani is pursuing an MD in Reproductive Medicine. She completed her training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 2016, achieving her CCT. She then spent 18 months working extensively in the Early Pregnancy and Gynaecology scanning unit at King's College Hospital, gaining invaluable experience in gynaecological ultrasonography and management of early pregnancy. She is registered as a specialist with the General Medical Council (GMC). In addition to her wealth of knowledge and experience in clinical practice, Dr Farahani is passionate about research. With a strong belief in evidence-based medicine, she has been an active researcher in the field and has published papers in peer-reviewed journals. She is interested in research into recurrent pregnancy loss, the microbiome, and assisted conception. Dr Farahani is a member of the British Fertility Society and has presented her work at conferences.
