Mr Rehan Salim, Consultant Gynaecologist and Expert in Reproductive Medicine, currently works within St Mary's Hospital in London he also sees patients privately at the Portland Hospital. He is highly experienced in all aspects of general gynaecology and has a keen interest in IVF. He works closely with patients to achieve high pregnancy rates and works with those who have had previous failures in fertility treatment. He is highly competent in performing a wide range of gynaecological procedures using minimally invasive techniques.Mr Salim graduated with his medical degree from St Andrew's University & King's College London, before going on to do specialist training in reproductive medicine at UCL. After he completed his specialist training, he was appointed to Consultant at University College London Hospital. During his time there, he was the Lead for the Reproductive Medicine Unit, helping to establish the IVF Service there. Additionally, he also ran a private practice during this time assisting women with fertility and IVF at The Centre for Reproductive and Genetic Health.He is internationally renowned for his knowledge and skill, this was shown when John Hopkins International recruited Mr Salim to establish and lead the IVF centre in the Corniche Hospital in Abu Dhabi. He ran this unit until his return to the UK to take the Consultant position at St Mary's Hospital.
